Questions about our urns

Can the urns be used for non-military individuals?

Yes, the profile of these urns has been used in the private sector for many years.

Can I purchase an urn and have the inscriptions done in my home town at a later time?

Yes, you can purchase the urn at any time.  The inscriptions can be done by trophy shops, specialty woodworking shops, etc.

Can I add an epitaph to the urn?

Yes.

Can the urns be sealed?

Yes, a sealant is shipped with the urn and should be applied once the remains are placed into the urn.

General Questions

What is the delivery time?

Once the inscription is verified we will have your product shipped the next business day.

Can the memorial plaques only be ordered for veterans that are buried in Veteran Cemeteries?

No, a plaque can be ordered for anyone, military or non-military, regardless when or where they are buried.

Can more than one plaque be ordered for any one person?

Yes, there is no limit as to how many plaques are ordered for anyone, regardless of when they passed.

Do you offer dealer/wholesale pricing?

THE RULES

Our Policies

Payment Methods

  • We require full payment prior to creating and customizing any product.
  • We accept PayPal, credit cards, checks and money orders.
  • Please allow an additional 5 business days for personal checks to clear.

Shipping

  • We ship all our products by UPS and also USPS Parcel Post.
  • Overnight shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.
  • International orders may be subject to duty or other fees which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • We stand behind our workmanship on all our products. We will refund your purchase within 7 days of receipt if you are not 100% satisfied.
  • We guarantee the engraving process – if there is an error that results in the engraving being different from the order form we will issue a complete refund. Any errors on the order form, however, are the customer’s responsibility. Proofs are available upon request which will show exactly what will be engraved on any particular product.
  • We will replace any products damaged during shipping.

Urn Liability

  • Our urns are shipped with a sealant which should be applied to the bottom of the urn once the remains have been placed inside. Once the adhesive is applied, the bottom cannot be removed. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser if the adhesive is used prematurely and the bottom needs to be removed.
